Business Strategy Services variable rate

 

Branding, Design (Product & Graphic Design)

Variable rate— Design Product, Brand identity and Brand Graphics. Establish Brand guidelines, Competitive Research, Market Research, Strategy, Costing, Product and Industry Trends.

Sourcing

Variable hourly rate — Establishing the correct pool of vendors, setting up supply chain. Selecting final Vendors that can execute requested Design, based on Cost, Colors & Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Product Development

Variable rate —   Technical package Development & Management. Daily Vendor correspondence. Ensure execution of all development details. Negotiation & Costing with vendor (Shipping costs, Minimum costs, Cost of Customization ot logo)  Costing strategies to increase revenue. Establishing Wholesale & Retail Prices based on Competitive Market Research.

Production

Variable rate—  Ensure the final production and delivery of bulk goods is correct and on time.  Work with supplier to ensure bulk product clears all ports, docks, and customs in  timely matter to meet all client established delivery dates.

Swag Package

Rate variable based on Client Budget— This is set up as a package for Marketing companies that create on boarding & event gifting packages for new clients. The rate is based on a Budget & commitment to buy product at a wholesale price.

Licensing Packages

Variable rate/ Royalty— Based on the strength of the Brand or Product (Market Demand, Competition & Profitability) there are licensing partnerships that could be discussed. This type of package is financed by me. Payment to client would be a quarterly royalty payment based on profit of sales.

Invoice-able : Variable rate— Extra requests that fall outside the licensing agreement like webdesign, brand strategies, Sub-contracters, such as photographers or studios.
